Many items we carry are not yet on our Secure Server. We are adding more daily. If you are uncomfortable using the Secure Server, or the item is not yet set up for purchase online, you can simply order any of our fine lines of quality products by fax or phone.  Your product(s) can usually be shipped to you, if requested, by the next business day.

(Within the continental USA, if received by 1pm CST. All International Orders will need to be estimated separately because our shipping software only displays approximate costs for delivery to the continental US.)

For quantity pricing, corporate bids, and contracts, please contact our Institutional and Commercial Sales Representative, Jon Leatherwood. We are listed on the State of Texas Certified Master Bidder's List (CMBL) and are a State of Texas Catalog Information Systems Vendor (CISV).

To Order by Fax

You can order via fax to (512-467-0607) 24 hours a day
Print out our Order Form, then Fax on a conventional fax machine to (512) 467-0607.

PDF Order Form

The software necessary to read PDF documents, "Acrobat Reader", is available free of charge from Adobe.

To Order by Phone

If you prefer to order the item via Phone and talk to a real live human being: Please have our Product catalog number(s) ready. We suggest you print out our PDF Order Form and use it as a guide. If you want to save time, first estimate the shipping charges for your area (our zip code is 78756) by going to the Shipping Estimators for UPS or Fed Ex. ( We recommend FedEx, because we have absolutely positively never had a loss or a problem! However, it is more expensive.)

After that call our "Texas Friendly" sales staff at 1-800-677-1023 x 335 (Continental US, outside of Austin) or 512- 467-7754 x 335 (in the Austin area) Monday thru Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm CST and we will cheerfully help you as quickly and efficiently as possible. If we are not available to take your call (we do have to eat lunch sometimes), please leave a detailed message stating the item(s) that you wish to order, your phone number (slowly and twice is a good idea), your email address, your shipping address and zipcode for estimating the shipping charges. We'll get right back to you, promise.

Alternate Shipping Procedure

We at Precision Camera & Video are very serious about protecting both you and us from credit card fraud. We verify every card's billing address before we ship your order to ensure it is really you who ordered it. Because of this safeguard, it is our policy to ship ONLY to your cards' billing address OR to an alternate address as registered by your issuing bank. If you wish to have your order shipped to a different address, you must register an alternate shipping address by calling your credit card's issuing bank at the 800# located on the back of your credit card. This is a very simple procedure and only takes a few minutes.

Furthermore, all of our shipping methods are insured, and therefore all packages sent by us must be signed for.

International Orders and Wire Transfers

International online orders will be accepted via wire transfer of funds only.

The wire transfer cost will vary depending on the amount, which country you transfer the money from, and which service you use. We recommend Western Union.

A $25 USD surcharge has been incorporated into your international shipping charge to cover the costs associated with recieving wire transfers.

Contact the sales person who is helping you with your order for wiring instructions. You can also contact our accounting department directly at credit at precision-camera dot com.

When we have verified that the funds are in our account (usually within 3-5 days), we will ship your purchases and contact you via e-mail with a delivery tracking number. All of our shipping methods are insured, and as such need to be signed for upon delivery.

If your purchases include any items that are currently out of stock, order fulfillment could take considerably longer (up to two months). We will notify you of the timeline and prospective ETA if such is the case.
