I just wanted to send another big thank you to your department. I was so excited today that I did not get the man's name who helped me. He will remember. I just bought my wife a new canon xti and was "assisting" her with changing the CF card when I bent (and I mean bent) one of the pins. The gentleman who helped me was professional and sincere. His verbage was "it is a miracle that I was able to straighten out that pin". I will attest and agree with his words. Amen. The talent of your team has allowed me to return to the good graces of my wife...who won't be asking me to help quite as much with her new toy. You saved the camera, possibly my future marital bliss, and the day.
Thanks precision camera.
I am a new forever client.

Jerry,
Just wanted to let you know I picked up the Leica and I have it loaded up with Tri-X. It works great and sounds like a new machine when the shutter releases. I want to thank you for the time, energy and effort you spent working on the camera. I am sure it will bring much pleasure in the years to come.

Thanks again for everything.
